Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your shoes, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.

Returns can be made either in-store or by mail, depending on how the purchase was made. For in-store purchases, please bring the shoes along with your receipt to any of our store locations. For online orders, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend trying shoes on indoors and on a clean surface to avoid any damage that would void eligibility for returns.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you choose to exchange the product, we will assist you in selecting the appropriate size or style, subject to availability.

Please note that shipping fees, both original and return, are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
